Hello everyone! Our Student Government Association (SGA) is looking for individuals to be representatives for this upcoming school year! We are an organization that strives to be an accessible body of students that serve as an avenue for the voices of their peers. We are looking for: one commuter, Wright Hall, Miller Hall Reps, 2 Roush Reps, 2 Hardy Reps, and 2 Freshman Class Reps, 1 Forester Village Rep and 2 Public Relation reps (PR positions are paid). Labor Day (Offices closed)

Huntington University offices will be closed on Monday, September 4, in observance of Labor Day.
Normal office hours resume on Tuesday, September 5.

Orientation Parking – Thursday, August 24

Well over 200 new students will be descending on campus on Thursday, August 24. In hopes of making move-in as smooth as possible we are asking the following folks to park in designated lots around campus on Thursday only:

Returning Students: PLEX
Incoming New Students/Families: MCA, DC, Lower Livingston, and Residence Halls (for unloading)
Faculty/Staff: Becker, Library, LBH, PLEX, Science Hall lots, or the small lot behind the MCA (by the dumpster)

Please also refrain from street parking on Campus Street (across from Hardy and Wright) as this road gets a lot of traffic on move-in day! Thanks for your cooperation to make move-in day a great experience for our new students! 🙂

As a reminder, returning students are permitted to move in to the residence halls on SATURDAY, August 26th or SUNDAY, August 27th after 9:00AM. The student life office, located upper level of the HUB, will be open 1:00-5:00 PM on Saturday, August 26 and Sunday, August 27 for students to pick up parking decals, IDs, planners, etc. The regular business office hours are Monday-Friday 8A-noon and 1-5 PM.
