Crista began speaking publicly about the growing problem of human trafficking in Indiana when the issue affected her family. She gives insight to families on how to create an open dialogue about the internet and phone apps, as well as how to help pre-teens and teens protect themselves from predators.

Christianity Today states “The Christians is a serious play, with serious craft and serious aspirations. It’s a harrowing dig through our hearts, a play about our deepest and, often, most noble desires and motivations and yearnings—it just also happens to take place in a place many Americans frequent every week and believe in deeply…it is a mesmerizing drama.”

Also, don’t miss the Forester Lecture corresponding to the themes presented in the play. The guest lecturer is Dr. James Bruce from John Brown University speaking on “The Justice of Hell” The Forester Lecture is on September 28 at 7:00PM in Zurcher Auditorium. The lecture is free. The play requires tickets so reserve/purchase yours soon!

We are an organization that strives to be an accessible body of students that serve as an avenue for the voices of their peers. Normal office hours resume on Tuesday, September 5.

Well over 200 new students will be descending on campus on Thursday, August 24. In hopes of making move-in as smooth as possible we are asking the following folks to park in designated lots around campus on Thursday only:

Returning Students: PLEX
Incoming New Students/Families: MCA, DC, Lower Livingston, and Residence Halls (for unloading)
Faculty/Staff: Becker, Library, LBH, PLEX, Science Hall lots, or the small lot behind the MCA (by the dumpster)

Please also refrain from street parking on Campus Street (across from Hardy and Wright) as this road gets a lot of traffic on move-in day! Thanks for your cooperation to make move-in day a great experience for our new students! 🙂
