Fall Graduate Department Student Assistant

Grad Department is looking for a student employee. Duties include assisting with weekly reports, copying, filing, and other administrative tasks. Must be proficient in Excel and Word. The Mailroom will be hiring a total of three students this fall to fill two different types of positions. The first position is for a Mailroom Assistant. This person will do things such as pick up our mail at the post office, deliver mail around campus and deliver packages and paper around campus. You must be able to carry 50 lbs up stairs. This posiition also requires you to have a driver’s license with a good driving record.

The second position is for a Mailroom Office Worker. This person will cover the mailroom while the Mailing Services Coordinator is at lunch. You will need to wait on people who come into the mailroom and help them with their mailing and shipping needs.

2017-18 Meal Plans

All resident students are placed on the A meal plan when fall housing is added.  Meal plans may be changed on the portal up until the first Thursday of school (August 31st last day to make a change) https://my.huntington.edu/ICS/Students/Student_Life/Meal_Plan_Changes/.
