The Roanoke Fall Festival is this weekend, Sept. 7-9. Roanoke is part of Huntington County, just 10 minutes away on US 24. Come out for amusement rides, camel rides, games and plenty of great food. Sand Volleyball Tournament

She gives insight to families on how to create an open dialogue about the internet and phone apps, as well as how to help pre-teens and teens protect themselves from predators.

Christianity Today states “The Christians is a serious play, with serious craft and serious aspirations. It’s a harrowing dig through our hearts, a play about our deepest and, often, most noble desires and motivations and yearnings—it just also happens to take place in a place many Americans frequent every week and believe in deeply…it is a mesmerizing drama.”

Also, don’t miss the Forester Lecture corresponding to the themes presented in the play. The guest lecturer is Dr. James Bruce from John Brown University speaking on “The Justice of Hell” The Forester Lecture is on September 28 at 7:00PM in Zurcher Auditorium. The lecture is free.
