Chapel Credit, Food and International Culture

Join the International student Council at today’s International Fair in the HUB at 7 p.m. Come travel the world, free of cost, and learn about the different cultures represented on our campus. Refreshments and chapel credit will be provided for all who decide to embark on this journey.

SERVANT LEADERSHIP AWARD

The Friesen Center is seeking nominations for The Servant Leadership Award. The award recognizes students who have demonstrated a servant’s heart in the area of community and ministry service on and/or off campus. Nominees must be a Junior with at least a 2.5 grade average. Two students will be selected by a committee and the winners will be each awarded a $750 scholarship and $250 which will be donated to the charity of the student’s choice. Please contact Norris Friesen (nfriesen@huntington.edu) for a nomination form.

From today until April 12, there will be an campuswide UnderWar. UnderWars is a clothing drive competition focused primarily on undergarments, the least donated items to clothing missions like Love INC. The team with the most points by April 12 will receive a plaque and an ice cream party! Your RD should have a bin — ask them about your team name! #HUunderwars
Points:
1 pair of new socks = 1 point (pack of 6 counts as 6)
1 pair of packaged underpants = 1 point (pack of 6 counts as 6)
10 items of any other clothing items = 1 point

Teams:
Livingston, Hardy, Wright, Baker, Roush, Miller/Meadows, FV/Commuters
