Hi! I am Kay Bennett, a senior in the Exercise Science department. As a part of a Research in Kinesiology project, me and two of my classmates, Nick Evans and Madi Waldfogel, will be evaluating and comparing the fitness levels of Freshmen and Seniors. We will be asking participants to complete a brief survey about stress, along with a half-mile walk test, a sit-and-reach flexibility test, a push-up test, and a BodPod body composition test. HU Doctorate of Occupational Therapy students will be hosting a 5k on main campus October 28th at 9am. Olympiad points will be available for those who wish to receive them. The cost for students will be $15 and the cost for non-students will be $20. T-shirts will be available while supplies last! All of the proceeds will be going toward the HU OTD J-term trip to Guatemala to help provide mobility devices. Come out and support fellow HU students!
