IT Services COVID Protocols

Information & Technology Services has been working diligently this summer to prepare for our students to return. To keep Huntington University students and employees safe, IT Services is implementing new protocols this semester.

  • IT Services personnel will exhaust all remote support options before visiting a student’s room or scheduling a student to drop off equipment
  • No equipment is to be dropped off or picked up in the Office of IT Services without first scheduling an appointment with IT personnel
  • All individuals who are visiting the Office of IT Services Office must first stop at the Reception Desk for further instructions
  • Masks must be worn at all times when visiting the Office of IT Services and when IT Services personnel have scheduled time to visit a student’s room or classroom
  • If IT Services personnel must visit a classroom while class is in session, we ask that all students and faculty wear masks while IT Services is performing any needed support
