Tech Tips – September
As part of the Microsoft 365 license provided to you by the University, you have access to 5TB of cloud storage through the use of Microsoft OneDrive. That is more storage space than on a typical computer. By using OneDrive, you can keep a secure backup of your files so that you do not lose them in the event that your computer or external USB drive breaks. When using OneDrive, you also have access to your files across the different computers and mobile devices that you use. Microsoft OneDrive includes a client you can install on your computer to automatically keep the files on your computer synchronized with your files stored on the cloud. In addition to using OneDrive to store your files, you can also use it to share files with other people.
