HU Security: Numbers to Know

October is cyber security month, but sometimes we need reminders of all security. Did you know that there are 17 officers on the HUPD (Huntington University Police Department) staff? HU has 24/7 security from trained law enforcement officers. These officers are always available. In the case of a non-emergency, call (260) 224-1412 and a trained law enforcement officer will assist you. Non-emergency situations include things like:

  • Requesting an escort from your car to your residence hall
  • Locking yourself out of your residence hall
  • Theft
  • Vandalism

If there is no answer, please contact (260) 359-4035. In the case of an emergency, call 911.
