Junior Film Auditions

Hello! My name is Mireille Rhodes, and I’m producing a junior film called “15 Days.” We are looking for actors to play college students.

We are hosting auditions for current HU students on Sunday, February 28 in Becker Hall from 2:00-5:00 p.m. A member of our team will be there to greet you. If you are interested in auditioning, please email me at rhodesm@huntington.edu to schedule a time. Character descriptions are listed below.

Our characters are Tim, Ryan, and Liz.

Tim is an introverted brainiac with a passion for chemistry; he is very devoted to his work and often comes off as prideful. Tim struggles to understand his own feelings and chooses to suppress them to ensure that he is making logical decisions; Tim has a tendency to be insensitive to others’ feelings. He is a problem-solver and likes a good challenge.

Ryan is Tim’s best friend and roommate; he is great comic relief and pushes Tim out of his comfort zone to act with his heart more. Ryan can understand Tim’s feelings and encourages him to act upon them. He’s very fun and goofy but has a tendency to be intrusive; he comes off as childish but is always there for his friends when they need him.

Liz is Tim’s love interest. She is kind and has an inviting personality while also being strong and determined. She feels at her best when helping others around her and making an impact on the world. She can be sensitive when taking criticism and doesn’t like to be seen as incapable. She has a warm heart and is forgiving.
