For students who have completed the online form to be vaccinated for COVID-19 through a local health partner, please do not call 211 to change your appointment time. Please do your best to be flexible and keep the scheduled vaccination time. If a different appointment is necessary, please contact Wendy Roy directly at wendy.roy@fmc-na.com.
