WOMEN’S SOCCER

The Crossroads League has announced its 2021-21 Women’s Soccer All-Conference honorees and among the list is HU freshman Kalaina Stephens.

Stephens is one of four defenders named Honorable Mention All-League. The Brownsburg native (Brownsburg HS) was a permanent fixture in the Foresters’ starting lineup this past fall. She bolstered HU’s backline that allowed just over three goals per contest.

“As a first-year player, Kalaina stepped up to play a key role in our defense,” said Coach David Lewis. “She is smart, composed, and distributes well out of the back. She is a pleasure to coach.”
