Check Requests

Do you have a credit on your student account that you would like refunded to you?

Check your student account balance by reviewing a fall 2021 billing statement:

  • Login to Portal at my.huntington.edu to view your current account balance
  • Select STUDENTS tab (at the top)
  • Select FINANCIAL RECORDS (on the left)
  • Under MY ACCOUNT INFO (on the right) select COURSE AND FEE STATEMENT
  • Select FALL 2021 term
  • Click GENERATE MY COURSE AND FEE STATEMENT (on the right)
  • Select VIEW MY COURSE AND FEE STATEMENT

If you have a credit on your account you can submit a check request via the Check Request Form (Refund Request Form – Formstack).

If you have a credit under $200 you can stop by the Office of Business and Finance between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to withdraw the credit in the form of cash.

If you still have a balance due for the semester, please submit payment via Nelnet or stop by the cashier window.
