iAttended Hiccups

If you are currently experiencing issues with iAttended, please know that we are working to resolve them with the app developer.

  1. If you are getting a message that indefinitely says “processing” when you scan, try logging out of the app and updating it in the app store. This has resolved issues for several people so far.
  2. If you are getting a message about location when you scan, you may need to adjust your phone’s location settings to make sure that it is on.
  3. Some floor worships appear not to to apply credit even though you’ve scanned — don’t worry, your credit has been recorded in the system, but it is not reflecting towards your total count at the moment. We are working to resolve this.
  4. Word Up Wednesdays may not be showing on your main page, but instead under a waterfall of other chapel events. Try clicking events that show up on your main page to see if they are revealed.

If you have issues with a broken camera and cannot scan the QR codes, please make arrangements with Rachel Hart to get a text code from her after chapel.
