WOMEN’S TENNIS

The Huntington women’s tennis team (0-3) suffered a 4-1 loss to Lawrence Tech Thursday afternoon at Miller Field Tennis Courts in Winona Lake.

Morgan Fitzpatrick was HU’s lone winner at the No. 1 spot in singles action. She made quick work of Samantha Kohn with a 6-1, 6-3 decision. The Foresters take another break from league action by hosting Olivet Nazarene tomorrow afternoon before squaring off with Bethel and #4 Indiana Wesleyan on Saturday.
