MEN’S TENNIS

The HU men’s team made quick work of the Bethel Pilots Saturday morning to tally their second conference win. The Foresters won at every spot, surrendering just nine games the entire match.

Up against #10 Indiana Wesleyan in the afternoon, Huntington felt the sting of being swept. The No. 1 singles match proved the best tennis of the day as Alejo Bagnera and Martin Carrizo went toe-to-toe before Carrizo escaped Baker Park with a thrilling three-set win.

With this split, the Foresters move to 2-2 overall, 2-2 in CL action. Next up is a home match against Lawrence Tech on Tuesday.
