Internships, Practicums and Job Shadows

Now is the time to begin your search for real world work experience!

Students should apply now for J-Term, Spring and Summer internships, practicums and job shadowing experiences.  The Friesen Center, located in the Office of Student Life in the HUB, is here to help!
Students can submit an Assistance Request for one-on-one support in locating an internship.
J-Term deadline for assistance is December 10, 2021. Students may also log onto Handshake and create a profile for listings of current internship and work positions.

If students already have an employer they want to intern with; they can complete the Internship Contract with the assistance of their academic advisor.  Contracts for all internships are due prior to starting the experience.
