Nature’s Effect on Mental Health

If you’ve been stressed, anxious, or feeling blue, you know it can be tough to stay motivated on school or work.  Several studies have found that being in nature for even short periods of time can have a positive effect on mental health. Take time for a walk! Be sure to take a walking buddy or a group of friends with you.

Grab a friend and get outside!
