Feminine Hygiene Sewing Project

If you are staying in the area over Fall Break and are looking for something to do, you can join us for our sewing project! We are making feminine hygiene products to send to Liberia and Haiti on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to noon. You do NOT need to know how to sew to participate; we will teach you the simple techniques.

If you are interested, please contact Prof. Nancy Richison at nrichison@huntington.edu so we can get a head count and for directions. The sewing barn is located a few miles north of the University.

If you can’t join us this Saturday, we are also sewing Thursday, October 28 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 30 from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
