Philosophy of Religion

Hello, Everyone:

This note is to encourage students who are interested in philosophical questions about God’s existence, God’s nature, the best arguments for God’s existence, and the best arguments against God’s existence, among many related issues,  to consider taking the Philosophy of Religion course in the spring semester 2022. I’ll have, via Zoom, philosophers join my class to answer questions from my students. Two co-authors of the textbook, one from Australia and the other from Ireland, will  join us. Another Canadian philosopher will also join us to comment on the textbook, which is a cutting-edge work on the philosophy of religion — designed to be an excellent textbook as well. If you want to ask and interact with these philosophers, one of which being the world’s leading atheist, join my class. I’m absolutely passionate about philosophy of religion, which is my area of specialization as well. In short: It will be a terrific  learning experience!
