“The Contradictory Christ” by JC Beall, Notre Dame Philosophy

Classical logic (think Aristotle) does not allow a statement to be both true and false. This makes the claim that Jesus is both man and God a contradiction.

As we develop intellectual tools, it is common to revisit — and struggle with — mysteries we previously accepted.

You are invited to attend this Forester Lecture and hear a world-class scholar address how the dual nature of Jesus may be reconciled. Please ask your professors if they will be offering incentives for attendance.
