Chapel 4/21 – Board of Trustees: Rex “R.D.” Schrader

Rex “R.D.” Schrader II is president of Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Grace College and a master’s degree from Purdue. His involvement in real estate transactions include marketing land throughout the United States. R.D. coordinated one of the largest land auction events in history, totaling over $55 million. R.D. also coordinated the 2012 Auction of the Year and 2015 Auction of the Year as awarded by the National Auctioneers Association in partnership with USA Today. Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company has sold land in 40 states, with annual auction sales more than $200 million. Additionally, he is a featured speaker for the National Auctioneers Association, American Bankers Association, Purdue University, Top Producer, and different agricultural groups across the country. R.D. currently serves as the vice-chairman for the Center for Whitley County Youth and serves on the Huntington University Board of Trustees and Ag Task Force. He has been married to his wife Holly for 27 years, and they have four children ranging in age from twenty-four years old to eighteen years old.
