WOMEN’S TENNIS

The Forester women’s tennis team hosted their only league matches of the season Saturday afternoon at Klopfenstein Courts. Against Grace to kick-off the day, the match came down to #6 singles with the Lancers eventually prevailing for the 4-3 win over HU.

Against Spring Arbor under the lights, the Foresters got off to a great start by winning the point in doubles but unfortunately picked up only one win in singles to suffer a 5-2 loss to the Cougars.

Huntington’s record stands at 3-4 overall, 2-3 in Crossroads League action. Next up is a doubleheader against Saint Francis and IWU on Tuesday in Marion.
