HU Herbarium Open House

Have no idea what an herbarium is? Think it might be something out of Harry Potter? Read on!

This Friday, HU’s Fred Loew Herbarium is hosting an open house from 3:00-3:50 p.m. You may have never heard of HU’s herbarium before, but with over 12,000 plant specimens, ours is the largest herbarium held by any Christian college in the Midwest. Might be one of the best kept secrets on campus — you won’t want to miss it!

The Herbarium is located in the lower level of the Science Hall, in Room 056. Southwest corner of the building near the nursing student lounge area. Look for the signs!
