A New Information Security Protocol
Today, IT Services is implementing a new security protocol to help you recognize potentially harmful email messages. When you receive an email message from outside of Huntington University (someone without an HU email address), you will see a message above the email content that reads, “CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.” IT Services is implementing this new protocol for safety and awareness purposes.
