How Can I Use My Flex Dollars and Forester Bucks?

Flex Dollars and Forester Bucks are fun additions included in every HU meal plan. The “A” and “B” meal plans have $50 Flex Dollars and $25 Forester Bucks per semester. The “C” meal plan has $50 Flex Dollars. Flex Dollars and Forester Bucks roll over from the fall to the spring semester but expire at the end of the academic year. When you are checking out at the register (on or off campus), simply tell the register attendants if you are planning to use your FDs or FBs, and they will swipe your student ID card to deduct the amount from your account balance.

Flex Dollars: These may be used to purchase extra meals in the DC, drinks/snacks at Forest Blend (Starbucks), extra meals at Wrapped and Forester Grille (HUB), drinks from the checkout line’s reach-in cooler (HUB), and candy from the checkout line’s display (HUB). They may not be used at the HU Bookstore. Flex Dollars may be reloaded by clicking here.

Forester Bucks: These may be used on or off campus. Several fine businesses in the City of Huntington have partnered with HU to invite students to visit them and enjoy delicious meals and treats. Cafe of Hope, Pizza Hut, Antiqology, and JJ Java look forward to welcoming HU students interested in using Forester Bucks and exploring our wonderful city. At HU, students may use their Forester Bucks at the HU Bookstore and Forest Blend (Starbucks). Forester Bucks may not be reloaded.
