MEN’S TENNIS

The HU men’s tennis team had multiple highlights last weekend from ITA Regionals hosted by Indiana Wesleyan with freshman Paul Reupke headlining the tourney for the Foresters by claiming the Singles B Draw  and Doubles B Draw titles.

Reupke’s march to become the Singles B Draw champion included five straight wins with the last an 8-2 decision over Lourdes’ Luis Guzman. He teamed up with Bautista Rodriguez Aguilar
to win the B Draw Doubles bracket with their win in the finals, an 8-0 sweep, coming at the expense of Mario Gomez/Brandon Lomas from Goshen.

The 2nd-seeded Foresters host 7th-seeded Spring Arbor tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. in the quarterfinals of the Crossroads League Tournament.
