The Spiritual Life Survey is now open. You should have received a link from Mission Insights in your HU email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it. This survey will close on October 23, so please respond by then.

Your response is anonymous, which means your name is not associated with your results.

If you complete this survey, you will receive a spiritual life credit. This credit will be added to your account after the survey is closed.

You will also be entered into a drawing to receive one of these prizes:
