Video Streaming Services

The Office of IT Services has received reports that students, faculty, and staff are having issues accessing some video streaming services using the HU network: notably Hulu and Disney+. If you receive a message while trying to access these sites stating that they are not accessible from a VPN, please know that the Office of IT Services is aware of the issue and is currently communicating with Disney and Hulu. Disney has informed us that the issue should be resolved at the latest by the evening of Thursday, October 19, whereas we have escalated the case with Hulu’s Support Team and expect a resolution soon.
