It can be hard to find enjoyable activities in the winter months when it feels hard to get up and be motivated. Intentionally taking part in activities you enjoy can reduce negative thinking and promote health and well-being! Scheduling activities like grabbing coffee or a meal with a friend, hosting a movie night in your residence hall room, or calling your loved ones over FaceTime to catch up can help to foster connection and encourage positive thinking. This will be sure to help you through the winter blues!
