Mental Health Tip
Relax!
Taking the time to relax in the midst of a stressful and full college schedule can seem like an impossible task when being pulled in a million different directions. To maintain a healthy heart and mind, taking moments to unwind and find peace is pivotal. Relaxing can look like taking a moment in the day to be in prayer or silence, taking a night to yourself, going for a casual walk, or doing something like reading or coloring. Finding moments to relax can increase energy and motivation, and it can decrease feelings of anxiety and stress. Try it!
