Reserving Tables in the HUB

If any group on campus would like to reserve a table for their group or department, you can do so by completing this form: HUB Table Reservation- HU Departments & Student Groups.

The form is a request to reserve a table in the lower level of the HUB. All reservations are first come, first served. You may be sharing the area with prospective employers or other student groups.

If your requested day is not available, you will be contacted to schedule another day. If you prefer a table on the upper level of the HUB, you may move the table and return it back to the lower level once you are done.
