Struggling with Election Fatigue, Stress, Anxiety?

Tips to help with stress, anxiety, and election fatigue: 

  • Trust instead of fear.
  • Turn off the news and take a walk of gratitude and think of things you are grateful for right now.
  • Pray and pray with friends.
  • Focus more on your inner peace than outside turmoil.
  • Listen more.
  • Don’t stress if others don’t agree with you. You can’t control what others think.
  • Stay curious.
  • God reigns over the nations; God sits on his holy throne. Psalms 47:8
