Volunteer Sewing Opportunity: Feminine Hygiene Products for Liberia

Sewing event tonight!

This Thursday, January 23, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., we will be hosting the first sewing event for the semester. We are sewing feminine hygiene products to send to young women in Liberia to help enable them to stay in school.

Everyone is welcome to join! We would love volunteers to help sew, no experience is necessary. We have both sewing and non-sewing work to do, and we can easily teach you how to sew if you want to learn! It is a great time to relax and socialize with others while still assisting in a worthwhile cause.

Please contact Professor Nancy Richison at nrichison@huntington.edu for directions and more information.
