MEN’S GOLF

The Huntington University men’s golf team wrapped up play at the 2025 Stonehenge Invitational on Monday, finishing seventh with a 36–hole team score of 626 (+58) at Stonehenge Golf Club. 

HU posted rounds of 312 (+28) and 314 (+30) in the two–round event. 

Junior Steven Webb led the way, rebounding from an opening 81 (+10) with a stellar 70 (–1) in Round 2 — the Foresters’ lone under–par round of the tournament. His two–round total of 151 (+9) was good for an individual finish of 12th place.  

Carter Hall finished tied for 14th with steady rounds of 74 (+3) and 78 (+7) for 152 (+10). Cooper Trigg carded 75 (+4) and 81 (+10) to finish at 156 (+14). Mason Reeves (167, +25) and Josh Kling (169, +27) rounded out Huntington’s scoring. 

Taylor captured the team title with a score of 583 (+15), while Taylor’s “B” squad finished runner–up at 596 (+28). Mount Vernon Nazarene followed in sixth with 621 (+53), just five strokes ahead of Huntington. 

The Foresters return to action October 20–21 at the Saints Classic, hosted at Warren Golf Course in Notre Dame, Ind.
