WOMEN’S CROSS COUNTRY

The Huntington University’s women’s cross country team turned in an impressive performance at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge, highlighted by top-five finishes from Shaylynn Reyes and Molly Harding.

Reyes led the Foresters with a 3rd-place finish in the 5K, crossing the line in 18:58.0, while Harding followed closely in 5th place at 19:07.3. Their strong showings anchored a deep Huntington squad that also included Olivia Howell (37th, 19:54.9), Magnolia Brewer (40th, 20:02.3), Lily Spaulding (30th, 19:47.6), and Amelia Strzechowski (52nd, 20:11.0).

This performance marked one of Huntington’s strongest showings of the season, with Shaylynn Reyes and Molly Harding both finishing in the top five against a deep, competitive field. The Foresters demonstrated remarkable consistency and depth, with multiple runners posting season-best times.
