“Drop + Shop” — Delight Ministries Clothes Drive

HU’s Delight Ministries chapter is planning a service event for Wednesday, April 1.

We are putting a fun spin on this year’s clothes drive. What if you could visit a thrift store right here on campus and help out those in the community? To prevent textile waste, we want unused clothing items to find a new home with college students and those in need.

Men and women can donate clothes! All donated clothes will become part of the “Drop and Shop” Clothes Drive + Thrift Store event. That means students on campus can browse donated clothes and purchase any item for $3.

All money and remaining clothes will be donated to a local shelter. Please help provide clothes for our event! More info can be found at @delighthuntington on Instagram

To donate, email Jessica Dingess (dingessj@huntington.edu), the service coordinator for HU Delight. She will organize a time with you to drop off clothes!

Please note: lightly worn or new clothes will be accepted. No intimates/undergarments.
