Charging Books at the HU Bookstore

To utilize your financial aid at the HU Bookstore this spring, you need to complete this form: Authorization for Bookstore Credit.

At the time of your request, you will need to have a credit on your student account to use at the Bookstore. To check and see if you have a credit, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the HU Portal at my.huntington.edu to view your current account balance; if you do not know your login information, view the first FAQ on this page for instructions
2. Select the STUDENTS tab (at the top)
3. Select FINANCIAL RECORDS (on the left)
4. Under MY ACCOUNT INFO (on the right), select COURSE AND FEE STATEMENT
5. Select SPRING 2023 term
6. Click GENERATE MY COURSE AND FEE STATEMENT (on the right)
7. Select VIEW MY COURSE AND FEE STATEMENT
8. Remember that if you have a positive balance due listed, you still owe HU funds, payable by December 20, 2022; if you have a negative balance listed, you may submit a request to use the credit toward Bookstore balances using the steps outlined here
