Fund Paxton, OTDS, to Serve in Turkey

Paxton decided to study OT because of her personal experience of trying to shower and dress after three shoulder surgeries. She wanted to help others keep their independence for as long as possible.

Paxton is traveling to Turkey for a service learning trip with the Doctoral Program in Occupational Therapy. She hopes to increase her cultural competence by immersing herself in another culture.
