Smith Lecture Today on Citizen Science

This afternoon, at 4:00 p.m. in Hiner Hall (SH225), Scott Namestnik, Indiana’s state botanist, will be on campus to provide a Smith Lecture in honor of the late Fred Sherlock and the recent donation of his personal herbarium collection to HU. The title of his talk is “The Value of Biological Collections and Citizen Science.”

Scott is a good presenter, and a broad audience (including non-science folks!) should find his presentation interesting and insightful.
