Herbarium Open House – Today

We are hosting an open house at the Fred Loew Herbarium this afternoon, from 3:00-3:50 p.m. There will be some light refreshments, and you can examine plant specimens going back to the 1880s and learn about the process by which new specimens are collected, mounted, and entered into an herbarium.

The Herbarium is located in the lower level of the Science Hall, Room 056. Southwest corner of the building near the nursing student lounge area. Look for the signs!
