Senior Agustin Agosto had a great week of tennis in Kentucky last week to be tabbed the Crossroads League Men’s Tennis Player of the Week as announced by the league office yesterday afternoon.

Agosto’s CL praise was based on HU’s 3-1 record through the week. He helped his team breeze past #13 Union 5-2 and Georgetown 6-1 before taking care of business against #RV Campbellsville 4-3. HU’s only hiccup was a 7-0 loss to #19 Cumberlands.

Playing at the #1 spot in doubles action, Agosto went 3-1 with Valentin Mussi. He was also sensational in singles play where he duplicated that same record at No. 4 singles.

Agosto and crew are currently 14-5 with their last match of the year slated for March 25 at Olivet Nazarene.
