Improving Your Sleep!

Sleep is pivotal for keeping a healthy heart, mind, and body. How well we sleep impacts our well-being, and establishing healthy sleep habits can increase energy levels, mind clarity, and mood!

Tips to Improve Sleep

  • Establish a routine to set a regular sleep pattern
  • Think about your screen time right before bed — the less blue light right before bed, the better
  • Find ways to wind down before bed! Relaxation, calming tea, or listening to soft music can help to calm your mind and body
  • Make a comfortable sleeping environment — white noise, comfortable sheets and bedding, and low light are small changes that could make a big difference!
