Community Care Network at the HUB!

Community Care Network will be at the HUB on Tuesday, April 9! The Community Care Network connects apartment residents to Christ and to each other. We develop transformational communities in multi-family housing centers around the state of Indiana. CCN provides strong business value to our clients through visitor retention. We bring strong community value to residents by daily meeting needs, connecting with neighbors and management staff, and collaborating with local partners. We amplify the quality of life and create heartwarming memories through weekly activities and special events. Our passion is to “live sent” as disciple-makers among the overlooked and underserved!
