Mental Health Tip
YOU ARE ALMOST THERE!
End-of-semester burnout is real! Here are some tips to strongly get through the next week left of the semester!
- Study with a group or friend! Taking time to be in community is helpful to relieve stress
- Take study breaks! Go for a quick walk around campus, grab a snack, or listen to some music to give your brain a rest
- Make sure you are getting the needed zzz’s! Sleep is so important for healthy functioning and enough energy to finish up those big projects and assignments
- Take the needed time to eat all three meals for the day
- Remind yourself that you are almost there! You are strong, capable, and equipped
