Tips to help with stress, anxiety, and election fatigue:

- Turn off the news and take a walk of gratitude and think of things you are grateful for right now.
- Pray and pray with friends.
- Focus more on your inner peace than outside turmoil.
- Listen more.
- Don’t stress if others don’t agree with you. You can’t control what others think.
- Stay curious.
