CROSS COUNTRY

The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced its All-Academic Teams for the 2024 NAIA cross country season and among the lists were both Forester programs.

As a team, the Huntington women’s squad posted a collective 3.399 GPA and for their efforts were tabbed an All-Academic Team by the USTFCCCA. The Foresters were one of 50 teams to garner this distinction.

The Forester men were also named an All-Academic Team based on their collective GPA of 3.343. Coach Austin Roark’s club was one of 47 men’s teams to earn this praise.

In order to qualify for All-Academic distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
