IMPORTANT: In light of the coming payroll to be paid on 4/9/2021 and the extended holiday, please double-check your time card for errors before Easter Holiday Break!!
Correct any “missing” clock in/out times.
Correct any “Zero hour” clocking mistakes.
Correct any “102222 or 252222” department code mistakes.
Reply quickly to any email you receive regarding a question or needed correction.
Please email Becky Kersey at rkersey@huntington.edu OR Claudia Tomlinson at ctomlinson@huntington.edu with any necessary corrections as soon as you discover them.
PLEASE NOTE: There will not be any time to make corrections when you return from break; it will be too late at that point. Any hours in question will be deleted and held until the following pay date in May.
