MEN’S TENNIS

The score was not indicative of the battle between the #RV HU men’s tennis team and #20 UNOH that favored the Racers 6-1 Friday afternoon at Klopfenstein Courts as part of the Doc Richards Tournament.

The loss snapped a three-game win streak the Foresters brought into the match as they drop to 12-6 on the year. Rodrigo Manzo picked up Huntington’s lone point by handing Alfredo Barcelo a 6-3, 6-3 loss at the #5 spot in singles play.

HU wraps up the weekend with a trip to #8 Indiana Wesleyan tomorrow for an 11:00 a.m. date with the Wildcats.
