iAttended Hiccups
If you are currently experiencing issues with iAttended, please know that we are working to resolve them with the app developer.
- If you are getting a message that indefinitely says “processing” when you scan, try logging out of the app and updating it in the app store. This has resolved issues for several people so far.
- If you are getting a message about location when you scan, you may need to adjust your phone’s location settings to make sure that it is on.
- Some floor worships appear not to to apply credit even though you’ve scanned — don’t worry, your credit has been recorded in the system, but it is not reflecting towards your total count at the moment. We are working to resolve this.
- Word Up Wednesdays may not be showing on your main page, but instead under a waterfall of other chapel events. Try clicking events that show up on your main page to see if they are revealed.
If you have issues with a broken camera and cannot scan the QR codes, please make arrangements with Rachel Hart to get a text code from her after chapel.
